He emphasized that for their team to truly excel, they needed to foster a sense of sisterhood among the players. This concept of sisterhood, according to Coach Davis, was the missing piece that would transform a group of individuals into a cohesive, unstoppable team.

During this pivotal conversation, Coach Davis turned to his point guards (Tiffany, Conny, Kiki) and made a clever observation. He highlighted that as point guards, they play a crucial role in assisting their teammates, both on and off the court.
