The Assistherhood Academy is dedicated to young female basketball athletes, ranging from elementary to high school students. Our experienced coaches and mentors are passionate about nurturing the talents and potential of each player, ensuring personalized attention and guidance.
WHAT
What do you need? The Assistherhood Academy offers comprehensive training programs that focus on skill development, confidence building, and fostering a sense of community among female athletes. Our curriculum includes drills, team exercises, leadership workshops, and mental conditioning to ensure well-rounded development both on and off the court. First session cost is donation based. What ever you can afford we will take.
WHEN
The Assistherhood Academy sessions kick off on Oct 6th, with ongoing programs and workshops available throughout the year. Our flexible scheduling allows athletes to participate in intensive training sessions during school breaks and weekends.
WHY
The mission of the Assistherhood Academy is to empower young female athletes by providing them with the tools, support, and community they need to excel in basketball and beyond. We believe in fostering an environment of inclusivity, resilience, and excellence, helping each player reach their full potential.
WHERE
The Assistherhood Academy is located in South San Jose. Conveniently situated, our academy is accessible to young athletes from across the Bay, providing a welcoming space for skill enhancement and personal growth.
